BEFORE YOU START

THANK YOU FOR TAKING GOOD CARE OF MY INSTALLATION!

Pack the foam within the crate to look like this, minus the cable and power box.

Put aside extra foam for use later.

I highly recommend watching each video before proceeding with each step.

PREPARING THE INSTALLATION

Follow the instructions and video demo:

  1. Separate the transparent black acrylic frame from the main wooden body.

  2. Tuck in all the cables inside the white wire wrap, and untangle all the wires if needed.

  3. Reverse the frame. The front of the frame should face the back of the installation.

  4. Pass all the cables and power through the front opening of the frame.

  5. Align white cable wrap at the bottom of the main wooden body.

  6. Carefully lift the wooden body and insert it into the acrylic frame.

  7. Make sure to push the main wooden body all the way into the acrylic frame.

  8. The preparation is done.

Follow the instructions and video demo:

  1. Ensure all four side-foams, B-L1, B-L2, B-S1, and B-S2, are properly situated in the crate.

  2. Grab the power box and place it on the left side of the gap above the B-L2 foam.

  3. Organize the black power cable on the other side of the gap.

  4. Place the installation closer to the crate for easier organizing.

  5. Lift the entire installation and place it on the bottom left corner of the crate.

  6. Use one hand (or extra hands) to balance the installation while organizing the white cable wrap into the gap.

  7. When all cables are properly placed in the gap, hold two diagonal corners of the installation, and carefully and slowly lower the entire installation into the crate.

  8. Reach under the installation to further organize the cables if needed.

  9. Gently wiggle the installation or the foam for a perfect fitting inside the crate.

  10. Make sure the right side of the installation, the side with blue servo motors, is touching foam B-S2

FOAM

Follow the instructions and video demo:

LEFT SIDE FRAME FOAM

  1. Gently push the wooden main body to the right side of the installation, the side with blue servo motors.

  2. Insert B-F1in the gap on the left side of the installation, between the wooden main body and acrylic frame.

  3. Insert B-S1-ADDON between B-S1 foam and the left side of the acrylic frame.

BLADES FOAM

  1. Gently and slowly rotate each blade outwards so they are standing 90 degrees upwards.

  2. Grab foam B-U2, B-U3, B-U4 and insert them under the blades.

  3. Please be extra careful, as each blade is very fragile

  4. Make sure the foam is under every blade

  5. After placing all three stripes of foam under the blades, place foam B-U1 at the bottom of the installation to support the bottom blade.

  6. Flip each blade downwards to sit on the foam.

The crate should look like this with all the blades down.

SERVO-SIDE SUPPORTING FOAM

Insert small foam cubes in gaps between the main wooden body and arcylic frame.

TOP FOAM + SEAL
